These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yoursnapdecision.com and everything on it (the "Service"), operated by Snap Decision. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use any feature, link, or promotion related to real-money daily fantasy or sports wagering. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live; these activities are restricted or prohibited in some locations.

2. Responsible gambling

If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available 24/7.

3. The free tools

Our tools generate suggestions from data and models that can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are aids, not authorities. Always use your own judgment. We do not warrant that any tool output is accurate, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Paid tiers are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

5. Affiliate links and disclosure

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you sign up or make a purchase through them, Snap Decision may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend platforms we believe are worth your time, and the commission helps keep the tools free. Affiliate relationships never change the price you pay.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or overloading it, attempting to break or bypass security, reselling access, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Snap Decision name, logo, content, and tools are owned by Snap Decision and protected by law. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or resell our content without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Snap Decision is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, including any betting, fantasy, or financial losses, lost data, or reliance on tool output. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
