This Privacy Policy explains what information Snap Decision ("we," "us") collects when you use yoursnapdecision.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Snap Decision is a fantasy football information service: free tools, a weekly intel brief, a podcast, and optional paid alert subscriptions. You can reach us any time at intel@yoursnapdecision.com.
Information we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or create an account.
- Phone number — only if you opt in to SMS player alerts.
- Tool inputs — the player names, rosters, and matchups you type into the free tools so we can return an answer. We do not require your real identity to use a tool.
- Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid tier, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs and, if analytics are enabled, anonymous usage data such as which pages are visited.
How we use your information
- To send the newsletter and, if you opted in, SMS alerts you requested.
- To run the free tools and return results.
- To process and manage paid subscriptions.
- To improve the site and understand which content is useful.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share with
We use trusted third parties to operate the site. Each only receives the data needed to do its job, under its own privacy terms:
- MailerLite — email newsletter delivery.
- Twilio — SMS alert delivery (only if you opt in).
- Stripe — payment processing for paid tiers.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Hosting for our tools backend and, where enabled, an analytics provider.
Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies and similar storage to remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme) and, if analytics are enabled, to measure usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some conveniences may stop working if you do.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email any time using the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
- Stop SMS alerts by replying STOP to any alert text.
- Request access or deletion of your data by emailing intel@yoursnapdecision.com.
Children
Snap Decision is intended for adults of legal age in their location (21+ where required for the gambling-related content it links to). It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
